Avoid missing out on life due to hormone problems

Avoid missing out on life due to hormone problems—naturopathic doctor shares holistic strategies for hormone balance and natural wellness.

Avoid missing out of life, due to hormone problems

No matter what the season, summer, winter, the holidays…none of us ladies want to miss out on social gatherings or fun activities due to that time of the month or the odd hormone fluctuation. From swimsuit season to holiday cocktail parties, some women find their menstrual cycles can become quite disruptive, leaving them left to send a last minute “can’t make it” or “I’ll join you next time!”.

These times not only leave us ladies with that awful FOMO (fear of missing out)  feeling (while everyone else is having fun), but also has us looking flakey or unreliable, which is almost worse.

PMS symptoms like migraines, cramps, excess bleeding, etc are a sign of being out of balance.

Our job is to find where the imbalance is:

  • Hormonal

  • Nutritional

  • Stress related

  • All of the above 🙂

Suffering with symptoms is just your body\’s way to communicate, like an engine light turning on. It just signals that something needs attention.

Natural medicine provides many tools  to restore balance, reduce cramping, normalize flow and minimize bloating. No more worrying about when your period will happen and if it will interrupt life plans, giving you more freedom to live life to it’s fullest!

Personally, there was a time in my life, when I was having to call out sick, consistently. I suffered with menstrual related migraines that were becoming like clockwork, even having me look ahead and being extra cautious to schedule ahead if it would fall near my period. Those days were terrible, I was vomiting and not able to function.

It was thanks to the help of a colleague who recommended a homeopathic remedy, and it was honestly like magic! I started counting the months of my freedom! It was an entire year of no migraines.

Each woman is unique, there is no one size fits all treatment approach, it’s all individualized.

Our goal is to restore balance

There are many tools to support healthy hormone levels and brain function.

We use many different modalities to bring healing, such as:

  • nutrition

  • lifestyle

  • homeopathy

  • botanicals

  • IV therapy/vitamin injections

  • bio identical hormones

There can be lots of problems in life, don’t let your hormones be one of them!
