Do You Enjoy Setting Goals?

Often we do what we enjoy right? I enjoy TV after dinner, so up to now, I\’ve been doing it often…but I don\’t always enjoying cooking, so I often DELAY it…and delegate it to my amazing husband 🙂 

Goals are dreams with deadlines…

-Do you dream of more energy?
-Do you dream for a better body composition, aka fat loss, or more muscle?
-Do you dream to feel like yourself again?

For some setting goals can actually trigger thoughts of failure already. It makes us think of where we want to be, but haven\’t reached yet. 

Our antitode to revive dead dreams, is try goal setting with purpose!

There are three core values:

1. Purpose– What is your purpose and are you living by it?
2. Process– Enjoy the process of reaching your goals.  The journey of getting there becomes the joy!
3. Growth– When we learn something new or get closer to our goals, growth is inevitable!

Enjoy the journey of getting to your goals whether they are long term or short term.
Any progress we make towards the goal equals growth!
