We wanted to let you know of a few apps we use to help you be your healthiest, with a little more ease. As the saying goes, there is an APP for that! These are all free, with the last listed having an optional upgrade.
1 .Charm mPHR: this is the hub of our communication of finding your plan, labs, appointments, messaging and more.
2. Well World: if you need help with meal plans, recipes, or guidance on a specific diet this app will be specifically recommended to you, depending on your health needs, ask Dr Alisha at your next appointment.
3. FullScript: this is your source for professional grade supplements, at a 10% discount, and up to 20% off seasonally.
4. PeriodTracker: this one is for the ladies, you can not only track your cycle, but easily track other symptoms like mood, digestion, skin and more.
5. MiracleMorning: this is for those who want to support their personal growth, with a quick daily check off of the SAVERS: silence, affirmations, visualization, exercise, reading, & scribing (journaling).
